Cancellations received prior to 7 days of booking will receive a full refund or deposit toward another date.
Cancellations within 7 days.
If a room is cancelled within 7 days of booking, we will endeavour to re-book the room from our wait-list. If we are able to do so, we will offer a full refund or credit towards future booking, otherwise no refund will be offered.
